When you send in your registration form and payment (credit card or check) you will be officially registered for the seminar and sent an email receipt that day.

In the event details online, there is a “Add To Cart” button at the bottom of the page if registration for this event is open. We typically only allow registration for the event that is closest in date.

Receive a flyer and registration form at your dental office. We mail to all dental offices in W. Michigan from Holland (south) to Ludington and Manistee (north) and all cities in between! If you are not on our mailing list we want you to be!

Early Bird Payment:
Earlybird payment is a $15-25 savings over the general registration rate. Deadline is postmarked two weeks prior to the date of the seminar
Refund Policy:
There are no refunds the week of the seminar. Before that, a refund less $10 processing fee is available.
